This notice explains, in a simple and transparent way, how your personal data will be processed when you complete this Exit Questionnaire, in compliance with Brazil’s General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What this questionnaire is for

This questionnaire aims to:

  • Assess the employee’s experience during their time at the company;
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, the work environment, organizational culture, and management practices;
  • Support internal initiatives for organizational improvement.

Participation is voluntary. The information will not be used for any type of retaliation, contractual reassessment, or impact on labor rights.

2. What data is processed

The following is processed exclusively:

  • Answers to the objective and descriptive questions in the questionnaire;
  • Opinions, perceptions, and assessments related to your professional experience.

No sensitive data or personal documents are requested.

3. The questionnaire is anonymous

Answers are handled confidentially and with restricted access. Although the form does not request direct identification, given the low volume of departures it may be possible to identify the respondent indirectly. For this reason, the data is treated as personal data under the LGPD.

Processing is carried out on the basis of the company’s legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX of the LGPD), for the purpose of continuously improving internal processes and management practices.

To rely on this legal basis, the company assessed that its organizational interest in improving its work environment is proportionate and does not compromise employees’ fundamental rights and freedoms, as required by Art. 10, §2º of the LGPD.

5. Who will have access to the information

Access to the answers will be restricted to authorized professionals in the Human Resources, Compliance, and Legal areas.

For administrative efficiency, we operate under a Joint Controllership arrangement, in which decisions about the use of the data are shared between Time Forte and the following partner companies:

All companies observe the duty of confidentiality and the proper use of the information.

6. How long the data is stored

Answers will be stored for a maximum period of 12 months after the departure. After this period, they will be securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights as a data subject

You have the right to:

  • Confirm whether your data is being processed;
  • Request access to the information processed;
  • Request correction, anonymization, or deletion of the data, where applicable;
  • Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, where there is a legitimate reason to do so (Art. 18, II of the LGPD);
  • Obtain information about the use, sharing, and protection of your data.

9. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal or operational changes. The updated version will be published in this same location with the date of the last update.
