This notice applies to the Work With Us form, available at www.timeforte.com. It is administered by Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, responsible for processing the personal data collected during the selection process.

We handle your information responsibly and transparently, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

When you fill out the form, we collect the following data:

  • Full name;
  • E-mail;
  • WhatsApp;
  • City and state;
  • Area of interest;
  • Résumé (PDF file);
  • Relevant links, such as a portfolio, LinkedIn, or professional networks (optional);
  • Message or brief personal introduction.

Attention regarding the content of your résumé

Your résumé and the other information provided may contain additional personal data, such as a photo, date of birth, and professional and academic history. The candidate is responsible for the content they include in these fields.

We advise you NOT to send sensitive data, such as copies of documents, financial data, or health data. Such data will be requested only when necessary for the admission process, if applicable.

2. Why we use this data

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Assess your application for open positions at Time Forte and partner companies;
  • Contact you to move the selection process forward;
  • Record and manage applications on the HR management platform;
  • Comply with legal requirements related to the hiring process, when applicable.

Your data will not be used for purposes other than the selection process, such as sending commercial communications or marketing.

The processing of your data is based on:

  • Primary: Carrying out preliminary procedures prior to entering into an employment contract (Art. 7º, V of the LGPD), applicable from the submission of the application until the end of the selection process. The candidate is the one who initiates contact by submitting the form.
  • Complementary: The company’s legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX of the LGPD), to retain the data during the retention period after the process ends, in order to safeguard rights in the event of any disputes.

4. Data sharing

Your data may be shared with:

  • Time Forte’s Human Resources team, responsible for screening and conducting the selection process;
  • The manager of the requesting area, for technical assessment of the application;
  • The group’s partner companies, when the application is considered a good fit for an ongoing opportunity;
  • The HR management platform used to store and organize applications.

About sharing with partner companies

Sharing occurs only when there is a direct connection to the position or opportunity you applied for, and is limited to what is strictly necessary to assess the application.

5. How long we keep the data

6 months after the end of the selection process.

After this period, the data is securely deleted from the HR management platform and from the other systems where it is stored.

Candidates who are not selected are not added to a talent pool. The data is discarded at the end of the process, within the period stated above.

6. Your rights as a data subject

You may, at any time:

  • Confirm whether we process your data and access the information stored;
  • Request the correction of incomplete or outdated data;
  • Request the deletion of the data, except in cases where retention is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise rights;
  • Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, when there is a legitimate reason to do so (Art. 18, II of the LGPD);
  • Request information about any sharing that has taken place.
