This notice explains how Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, processes the personal data collected through the website www.timeforte.com, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

The website is intended for an adult audience (franchisees, business partners, job candidates, and people interested in sports licensing). We do not collect data from children or adolescents through this channel.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The party responsible for processing the data collected on this website is Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, headquartered at Rua Barão de Ipanema, 56/301, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

2. How we collect data on this website

Data is collected in three ways:

a) Browsing

When you visit the website, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages accessed, and time spent. This information is used to keep the website working properly and to understand how visitors use it.

b) Contact form

The contact form at the bottom of the homepage collects your full name, e-mail, and message so that we can respond to your questions or requests.

c) Forms with their own notices

Forms with specific purposes, such as the Careers form (Trabalhe Conosco) and the franchise interest form, have their own privacy notices, displayed at the bottom of each one. These notices detail the data collected, the purposes, and the retention periods for each operation. New forms added to the website will also have their own notices.

3. Cookies

The website uses two types of cookies, managed by the banner displayed on your first visit:

4. What we use the data for and under what authorization

Each type of processing has a specific legal basis under the LGPD:

  • Browsing data and website operation: the company’s legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX), to ensure the security and continuous improvement of the website;
  • Analytics cookies: the visitor’s consent (Art. 7º, I), obtained through the cookie banner;
  • Contact form: legitimate interest (Art. 7º, IX), to respond to the messages received;
  • Specific forms: legal bases described in the respective privacy notices.

5. Who we share data with

Your data may be shared with:

  • Google LLC, for audience analysis via Google Analytics, based on a data processing agreement (DPA) entered into between Time Forte and Google;
  • Google LLC, for loading typographic fonts via Google Fonts, which involves the automatic transmission of your IP address to Google’s servers;
  • Time Forte’s internal team, to respond to contact form messages;
  • Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

We do not share data with advertisers or advertising networks.

6. International data transfer

Google Analytics and Google Fonts send data to Google’s servers in the United States. This transfer is carried out based on the data processing agreement (DPA) entered into with Google, which includes the safeguards required by Art. 33 of the LGPD for international transfers.

7. How long we keep the data

The data collected by the website is kept for the following periods:

  • Browsing data and technical logs: up to 12 months;
  • Google Analytics data: according to the account settings (default: up to 14 months);
  • Contact form messages: for as long as necessary to respond, and for up to 12 months after the contact ends;
  • Data from specific forms: according to the periods defined in the respective privacy notices.

8. Your rights

At any time, you may:

  • Know what data we have about you and how we use it;
  • Request the correction of incorrect or outdated data;
  • Request the deletion of data processed based on consent;
  • Withdraw consent for analytics cookies through the cookie banner;
  • Object to processing carried out based on legitimate interest (Art. 18, II of the LGPD);
  • Request information about the sharing that has been carried out.
