This site (https://agendamento-ukv6.onrender.com) is maintained by Time Forte Marketing Esportivo Ltda., the company responsible for managing and supporting the franchised Soccer Schools.

Our commitment is to handle your personal data securely, transparently, and in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

When you fill out the form available on this page to schedule a trial class, we collect the following information:

Full name
Contact phone number (WhatsApp or mobile)
City and State
Unit of interest

This data is provided by you voluntarily, for the exclusive purpose of allowing the nearest franchised unit to contact you to schedule your trial class.

2. Purpose of data use

We use your personal data to:

Identify the unit nearest to your location;
Share your information with that unit so it can contact you and schedule the trial class;
Ensure your request is handled efficiently and with personalized attention;
Comply with any legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not use the information collected to send advertising or promotional messages, unless you expressly authorize it at another time.

The data entered in the form is shared only with the franchised unit you chose, to enable contact and the scheduling of the trial class.

Time Forte does not sell, rent, or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Each franchised unit is responsible for using the information in accordance with the purposes described here and with the rules of the LGPD.

4. Redirection to WhatsApp

After clicking “Schedule”, you will be automatically redirected to the WhatsApp of the chosen unit.

This channel belongs to the respective franchised unit and follows the rules and privacy policies of the WhatsApp platform itself.

We recommend that you review WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled by that company.

5. Data storage and security

We adopt appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, leaks, losses, or any other form of improper processing.

The data remains stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned, and is securely deleted after that period.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the LGPD, you have the following rights:

Confirm whether we process your personal data;
Access the information we hold about you;
Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
Request the deletion of your data, where applicable;
Withdraw your consent;
