Privacy Notice · Trial Class Scheduling

This notice applies to the scheduling of a trial class, whether through the online form or the printed form filled out at the unit. In both cases, the party responsible for the data is Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, the manager and franchisor of the school network.

We process your data and the student’s data securely and transparently, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

The data varies according to the scheduling channel:

Online form

From the legal guardian: name, phone number, city and state (UF), and unit of interest.

At this stage, we do not collect any documents or student data.

Printed form at the unit

From the student: full name, date of birth, sex, and phone number.

From the legal guardian: full name, relationship to the student, CPF, RG, e-mail, phone number, and address.

Because the class is intended for children and adolescents, all of the student’s data is provided and authorized by the legal guardian, in accordance with Art. 14, §1º of the LGPD. The legal guardian is the one who gives consent on behalf of the minor.

2. Why we use this data

We use the data to:

  • Identify the nearest unit and forward the scheduling request;
  • Contact you to confirm the date and time of the class;
  • Record the student’s participation in the trial class;
  • Ensure the student’s safety during the activity;
  • Internally assess the quality of our service.

To send institutional and promotional information about the school, we ask for your separate authorization, in the Consent Form filled out at the unit. Without this authorization, your data is not used for marketing.

The legal basis is the consent of the legal guardian (Art. 7º, I and Art. 14, §1º of the LGPD), obtained when the online form is filled out or the Consent Form is signed at the unit.

Since this involves data of children and adolescents, consent must be given by at least one of the parents or by the legal guardian, and the processing must be carried out in the best interest of the minor.

4. Data sharing

The data may be shared with:

  • The chosen franchised unit, to enable contact and the delivery of the trial class;
  • Time Forte, in its capacity as franchisor and member of the Group of Joint Controllers, for operational support and oversight of the units;
  • Service providers, including technology providers, contracted to support operations;
  • Marketing service providers, only with the express authorization of the legal guardian;
  • Public authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell or transfer personal data for commercial purposes.

5. Data storage

The data collected through the online form is stored in corporate systems, which may include cloud solutions. The data from the printed form is filed physically at the unit.

The information is kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described. If there is no enrollment, the data is kept in accordance with the units’ operational practice until you request its deletion.

6. Your rights

You, as the legal guardian, may at any time:

  • Know what data we hold about you and about the student;
  • Correct incorrect or outdated information;
  • Request the deletion of data processed based on consent;
  • Withdraw the consent given, without affecting what has already been done;
  • Know with whom we share the information;
  • Request restriction of the use of the data in specific situations.

To exercise any right, use the channels in Section 7.

7. Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO)

Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is the centralized channel for questions, requests, and complaints, both for online scheduling and for the form filled out at the unit.

8. Updates to this notice

This notice may be updated when we change our practices or when required by law. The updated version will be published in the same place with the date of the change.
