In the initial prospecting phase, we collect only the minimum data necessary for the first contact:

Full name;
Phone and e-mail;
City and state (UF);
Product or brand of interest.

We do not collect personal documents, sensitive data, or financial information at this stage.

Contact you to follow up on your expression of interest in franchises or licensing;
Record and track the status of the negotiation;
Avoid internal commercial conflicts;
Send commercial communications related to franchises, licensing, opportunities, and Time Forte’s institutional content.

The applicable legal basis depends on the channel through which you contacted us:

Online form

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 7º, I of the LGPD), given freely and in an informed and unambiguous manner at the time of submission. You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in this notice.

Direct contact (phone or WhatsApp)

Processing is based on the performance of preliminary procedures prior to entering into a contract (Art. 7º, V of the LGPD), at the data subject’s own request.

5. How contact and commercial follow-up occur

After you submit the form or make initial contact, our team may reach out via:

E-mail;
Phone calls.

These channels are used exclusively to address your interest in franchises or licensing and to send commercial communications related to this context.

Your data may be shared with:

Technology service providers hired by Time Forte to support prospecting activities;
Marketing service providers, only with your authorization.

Data is not shared with franchisees or licensees at this initial stage of the process. We do not sell or commercialize personal data.

7. Storage and international transfer

The data collected is stored in corporate tools, including spreadsheets and cloud computing solutions, which may involve servers located outside Brazil. In such cases, we adopt measures to ensure that processing takes place securely and in compliance with the LGPD.

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or until you request its deletion or withdraw your consent, except in cases where the law authorizes its retention.
