Time Forte Marketing Esportivo respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

This Privacy Notice explains, clearly and transparently, how we process the personal data collected through the franchise interest forms made available on our websites.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data processed in this form is Time Forte Marketing Esportivo, responsible for defining the purposes and the manner in which the information collected is processed.

2. What data we collect

In the initial franchisee prospecting phase, we collect only minimal personal data, necessary for the first contact, such as: name, contact details, region, and product or brand of interest.

We do not collect personal documents, sensitive data, or financial information at this stage.

3. What we use your data for

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

  • Contacting you to follow up on your expression of interest in franchises;
  • Recording and tracking the status of the negotiation;
  • Avoiding internal commercial conflicts;
  • Sending future commercial communications related to franchises, opportunities, and Time Forte’s institutional content.

The processing of your personal data is carried out based on your consent, given freely, in an informed and unambiguous manner, at the time the form is submitted.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, as described in this notice.

5. How contact and commercial follow-up occur

After the form is submitted, contact may occur through: WhatsApp, e-mail, or phone calls.

These channels are used exclusively to address your interest in franchises and to send commercial communications related to this context.

6. Data sharing

Your personal data may be shared exclusively with technology and marketing service providers hired by Time Forte, solely to support prospecting and communication activities.

There is no sharing of data with franchisees at this initial stage of the process.

We do not sell or trade personal data.

7. Storage and international transfer

The data collected is stored in corporate tools, such as electronic spreadsheets, which may involve storage on servers located outside Brazil, as in the case of cloud computing solutions.

In such situations, we adopt measures to ensure that processing takes place securely and in compliance with the LGPD.

8. Retention period

Your personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, or until you request its deletion or withdraw your consent, except in cases where the law authorizes its retention.

9. Your rights as a data subject

At any time, you may exercise the rights guaranteed by the LGPD, including:

  • Accessing your personal data;
