In this notice, we explain in simple terms what data we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect

From the legal guardian:

  • Full name, CPF, RG, and CNH;
  • Phone, email, and address;
  • Marital status, sex, occupation, and date of birth;
  • Relationship to the student;
  • Signature and digital acceptance (formalization of the enrollment contract).

From the student:

  • Full name, date of birth, sex, and photo;
  • CPF and RG;
  • Name of the school where they study, enrollment date, and enrollment confirmation;
  • Team (bandeira) in which they will be enrolled and uniform size;
  • Health information: medical certificate and data on physical conditions, activity restrictions, or allergies.

Please note: health data is considered sensitive data under the LGPD (Art. 11) and receives reinforced protection. We collect only the minimum necessary to ensure the student’s safety during sports activities.

2. Why we use this data

We use the guardian’s and the student’s data to:

  • Complete the enrollment and maintain the contract for the provision of sports services;
  • Register the student in the system, issue the invoice, and process the payment;
  • Ensure the student’s safety and well-being during the activities;
  • Comply with legal obligations, such as issuing tax documents and mandatory records;
  • Communicate information about training sessions, events, payments, and the school’s operational notices;
  • Organize attendance lists, uniform orders, and internal activities.

To send newsletters and promotions, we ask for your separate authorization (see Section 3).

We process the data based on three legal grounds provided for in the LGPD:

  • Performance of the contract (Art. 7º, V): necessary to formalize and maintain the enrollment and for operational communications;
  • Legal obligation (Art. 7º, II): for issuing invoices and complying with legal requirements;
  • Consent of the legal guardian (Art. 7º, I and Art. 14, §1º): required by the LGPD specifically for the data of children and adolescents, and also for sending newsletters and promotions.

The LGPD requires that the processing of data of children and adolescents be authorized by at least one of the parents or the legal guardian (Art. 14, §1º) and always carried out in the best interest of the child.

We share information only when necessary, with:

  • The franchisor Time Forte, for operational support and monitoring of the units;

We protect your information with access controls, restricted permissions, and secure storage. Only authorized persons have access to the data.
