These Terms of Use govern access to and completion of the Expression of Interest in Franchises or Licensing Form made available by Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, hereinafter referred to as Time Forte, on its landing pages and other digital channels.

By completing and submitting the form, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, the form should not be submitted.

1. About the form

The sole purpose of the form is to register the expression of interest of individuals over 18 years of age in acquiring a franchise or license of the Time Forte network. Completing it does not create any contractual bond, commitment to contract, or right of first refusal between the interested party and Time Forte.

The form is provided as a standardized template and may be integrated into different landing pages of the network. Regardless of the access channel, these Terms of Use apply.

2. Requirements for use

To complete the form, the user must:

  • Be an individual with full legal capacity;
  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Act on their own behalf or, when representing a legal entity, have the legal authority to do so;
  • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.

Time Forte reserves the right not to proceed with the handling of expressions of interest that do not meet these requirements or that show signs of inconsistency in the information provided.

3. User responsibilities

When using the form, the user agrees to:

  • Provide exclusively truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information about themselves;
  • Not use third-party data without authorization;
  • Not submit the form for fraudulent or speculative purposes or on behalf of a direct competitor of Time Forte;
  • Not make multiple submissions with divergent data for the same interest;
  • Not use automated means, bots, or scripts to complete or submit the form;
  • Notify Time Forte, through official channels, of any relevant change in the information provided after submission.

The user is solely responsible for the information provided. Time Forte is not liable for incorrect, incomplete, or untruthful data provided in the form.

4. Intellectual property

All content displayed on the landing pages that incorporate this form (including texts, logos, trademarks, layout, images, and other visual elements) is owned by Time Forte or is used with the express authorization of its respective owners.

In particular:

  • The trademarks of the clubs and teams represented by Time Forte are displayed based on licensing agreements or formal authorization granted by their respective owners;
  • Time Forte’s own trademarks are registered and protected under Lei nº 9.279/1996;
  • The photographs used on the pages have usage authorization signed by the holders of the image rights, where applicable;
  • The remaining images are licensed from duly authorized suppliers.

The user is prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, transmitting, modifying, or using any content of the pages without the prior and express authorization of Time Forte or the holder of the respective rights.

5. Limitation of liability

Time Forte is not liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions or instabilities in access to the form resulting from failures in third-party networks, servers, or platforms;
  • Direct or indirect damages caused by the user’s own improper use of the form;
  • Decisions made by the user based on expectations not confirmed in writing by Time Forte;
  • Content of third-party websites or pages that may redirect to the form.

6. Privacy and data processing

The processing of the personal data provided in this form is governed by the Privacy Notice: Franchisee and Licensee Prospecting, available in the footer of the form. The Notice describes the purposes of processing, the applicable legal bases, the recipients of the data, the retention periods, and the data subject’s rights, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

Time Forte reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. The version in force will always be the one published on the landing pages that incorporate the form, indicating the date of the last update.

Submitting the form after a new version of the Terms has been published implies acceptance of the changes made.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro/RJ are hereby elected to settle any disputes arising from their interpretation or application, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
