In force since:

This form is administered by Time Forte Eventos Esportivos Ltda., CNPJ 08.746.659/0001-01, a member of the Time Forte Joint Controllers Group. It is used by all companies in the group to collect the data required to prepare and sign contracts.

We process your data securely and transparently, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1-A. Joint Controllers Group

Time Forte and the other companies in the group act as joint controllers, meaning that they share decisions about how personal data is used. Under Art. 42, §1º of the LGPD, they are all jointly and severally liable for the data processed in shared operations.

This means you may exercise your rights with any company in the group, or directly through the DPO channel indicated in Section 8.

The updated list of companies participating in the agreement is available upon request by email at dpo@timeforte.com or through the SATD channel.

1. What data we collect

From the contracted party’s legal representatives:

  • Copy of the articles of association or bylaws; minutes of the appointment of administrators (where applicable);
  • Identity document with CPF;
  • Current proof of residence;
  • Marital status, occupation, nationality, and date of birth;
  • Contact email and phone number.

From the contract witnesses:

  • Full name;
  • CPF;
  • Email.

We request only what is necessary to identify the parties and ensure the contract’s legal certainty.

2. Why we use this data

  • To legally identify the contracting parties;
  • To draft, send, and collect signatures on the contract, including through an electronic platform;
  • To prevent fraud and validate the identity of the signatories;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations: tax, corporate, and document-retention obligations;
  • To safeguard rights in administrative or judicial proceedings related to the contract.

Processing is based on three legal bases under the LGPD:

  • Performance of the contract and preliminary procedures: the data is necessary to formalize the contractual relationship;
  • Compliance with a legal obligation: retention of documents and records required by law;
  • Regular exercise of rights: to prove signatures and qualifications in the event of a dispute.

4. Data sharing

We share data only when necessary, with:

  • Other companies of the Time Forte Joint Controllers Group, for the centralized management of contracts, systems, and compliance, under the terms of the Joint Controllership Agreement;
  • Technology platforms for data collection and storage (e.g., Google Forms);
  • Legal counsel, for the review and formalization of contracts;
  • Electronic signature platforms;
  • Banks, notary offices, and public authorities, when required by law.

5. Storage and security

We adopt technical and administrative controls to protect the data: restricted access, logging of actions, and secure storage of digital and physical files.

We keep the data for as long as necessary for (i) the term of the contract, (ii) compliance with legal retention periods, and (iii) the defense of rights in any disputes. After this period, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You (or your representatives) may, at any time:

  • Confirm whether we process your data and access the stored information;
  • Correct incomplete or outdated data;
  • Request the portability of the data;
  • Know with whom we share your information;
  • Object to improper uses;
  • Request the deletion of data that is no longer necessary or whose legal retention period has ended.

To exercise any of these rights, use the channels in Section 8.

7. Is submitting the documents mandatory?

Some documents are indispensable to formalize the contract with legal certainty. Without them, it may not be possible to proceed with the contracting. They serve exclusively to prove legal representation and to qualify the signatories.

8. Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO)

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is shared by all companies of the Time Forte Joint Controllers Group. The DPO is the centralized channel for exercising rights, questions, and complaints, regardless of which company in the group is a party to the contract.
