The protection of the personal data of students and legal guardians is a priority for us. This form is maintained by Time Forte Marketing Esportivo Ltda., the company responsible for managing and supporting the franchised Football Schools, and it collects information necessary to process the enrollment, organize educational activities, and ensure the safety and proper operation of the school, in accordance with the rules of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018).

1. What data we collect and why

In this form, we collect data from legal guardians (such as name, CPF, RG, phone, email, and address) and from the student (such as name, date of birth, school information, uniform size, and relevant health data).

This data is used to:

  • Complete the enrollment and fulfill the contract for the provision of educational services;
  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and proper care of the student during sports activities;
  • Comply with legal obligations, such as issuing tax documents and required records;
  • Communicate important information about training sessions, events, payments, and operational notices;
  • Organize attendance lists, uniform orders, and the school’s internal activities;
  • Send newsletters and promotions, if you give your specific consent for this.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legal bases set out in the LGPD:

  • Performance of contract (Art. 7º, V): to formalize and maintain the student’s enrollment; operational communications and support to the guardian.
  • Compliance with legal obligation (Art. 7º, II): tax documents, legal requirements, and educational regulations;
  • Consent (Art. 7º, I and Art. 14): for the processing of children’s data and for sending newsletters and promotions.

3. Who the data may be shared with

The information provided may be shared with:

  • Time Forte Marketing Esportivo (the franchisor), for operational support and monitoring of the units;
  • Service providers contracted to support administrative, communication, event, and marketing activities, always under confidentiality and security obligations;
  • Systems used by the network, such as the school management system and customer service platforms;
  • Hospitals, insurers, and competent authorities, in the event of sports incidents or medical emergencies;
  • Public agencies, when required by legal obligation.

We never sell or transfer data for commercial purposes outside the purposes stated here.

4. How the data is protected and for how long it is stored

The data will be protected by appropriate technical and administrative security measures, including restricted access, permission controls, and secure storage.

The information will be kept:

  • For the period necessary to perform the contract;
  • For the period required by law (e.g., tax and educational documents);
  • Or until you request deletion, where applicable.

After that period, the data will be deleted or anonymized.

5. What your rights are

The legal guardian may, at any time, request:

  • Access to the student’s and the guardian’s data;
  • Correction of incomplete or outdated information;
  • Deletion of data processed based on consent;
  • Withdrawal of consent;
  • Information about sharing that has taken place;
  • Limited processing of data in specific situations.

To exercise any right, simply send a request to the Data Protection Officer (DPO).
