1. What is this policy and why does it exist?

This policy explains, in simple terms, how our company takes care of the personal data it collects and uses. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018) and are committed to protecting everyone’s information with great respect, responsibility, and security.

2. Principles we follow when taking care of your data

Whenever we collect or use personal data, we follow clear rules called “principles.” They ensure that information is handled correctly:

Purpose: We collect data only for important company activities and we always explain the reason.

Necessity: We only ask for what we truly need, nothing beyond that.

Transparency: People have the right to know how and for what purpose their data will be used.

Security: We adopt several protective measures to prevent leaks and unauthorized access.

Accountability: We comply with the law and have people responsible for taking care of privacy.

3. What we do with personal data

We collect personal data to:

  • Register customers, suppliers, and employees;
  • Handle questions and requests;
  • Sell products or services;
  • Send information, promotions, and news, always with the recipient’s permission.

We use the data to:

  • Provide quality services;
  • Comply with legal obligations;
  • Improve our services and communication.

We share data only:

  • With partner companies that guarantee the security of the data and help carry out the services;
  • With public authorities when required by law;
  • Always with great care and only what is essential.

How long do we keep the data?

  • We keep it for as long as necessary to fulfill our obligation;
  • Afterward, we delete it securely to avoid any problems.

4. Special rules for sensitive data and children’s data

  • Sensitive data (such as health information) is protected with much greater care and we only use it when truly necessary;
  • Data of children and adolescents is only collected with the authorization of the legal guardian (father, mother, or guardian) and always with the child’s best interest in mind.

5. What are the rights of data subjects

The people whose data we process (data subjects) may contact the company to:

  • Find out whether we have their data;
  • See what data we have about them;
  • Correct incorrect information;
  • Request the deletion of their data (when permitted);
  • Find out with whom their data has been shared;
  • Revoke (withdraw) authorizations they have given.

To do so, simply access our Data Subject Service page (SATD), or send an email to our data protection officer: dpo@timeforte.com.

6. Who is responsible for taking care of the data at the company

  • Each department of the company is responsible for protecting the data it collects;
  • We have a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who is the main person responsible for helping data subjects with any questions about their data and for liaising with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

7. What happens if someone does not follow this policy

  • Anyone who fails to comply with the data protection rules may:
    • Receive a warning;
    • Be required to undergo mandatory training;
    • Be punished by the company, which may include dismissal in serious cases.

8. Updating the policy

This policy may be revised from time to time to remain up to date. Whenever there is an important change, we will let you know.

This policy was last updated on July 18, 2025.
