Context

Every soccer academy promises an experience. Very few can promise the Maracanã.

Escola Flamengo is a nationwide network, with athletes across Brazil training under the club's official methodology. What the network needed was the moment where that promise is fully delivered: an official tournament worthy of the brand, staged at the stadium where Flamengo writes its history.

The challenge

Putting athletes from all over the country on the Maracanã pitch is not a match. It is an operation. Delegations traveling from multiple states, accreditation, fixtures, refereeing, security, ceremony, and entire families in the stands, all within the protocols of a stadium that hosts continental finals.

And one extra demand: every detail had to live up to the Flamengo brand. For a child, stepping onto that pitch happens once. There is no second chance to get it right.

Time Forte's role

Time Forte runs the full production of Copa Fla Maraca: tournament design, nationwide logistics for the delegations, stadium operations at the Maracanã, and the brand experience from the first whistle to the last.

It is the same company that structures the network day to day, which is why the tournament works: units mobilize, families travel, and the event becomes the high point of the Escola Flamengo calendar.

Results

In December 2025, Copa Fla Maraca brought athletes ages 5 to 18 to Gávea and the Maracanã, with families in the stands and the red-and-black kit on the field. Participants lived the experience of a professional club: C.R. Flamengo's official locker room, the warm-up room and the players' tunnel.

On every day of competition, technical scouts from Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and from international universities followed the matches. For the network, the tournament is concrete proof of what being official means; for Time Forte, the ultimate demonstration of its production capability.

Voices from the project

“We traveled a long way to watch our son play at the Maracanã. When he stepped onto that pitch, I understood what official really means: the club became part of his life.”

Next chapter

The 2026 edition is already in presale, and the model is built to travel: official tournaments and experiences can reach new cities and new stages, opening room for local partners who want to produce top-level sport in their own city.
