Fla Camp

For a network athlete and for any child who loves Flamengo, a school break can become the memory of a lifetime: full days of soccer, with the club's official methodology and the complete experience of a camp.

Fla Camp is the official vacation camp of the Flamengo academies, open to boys and girls ages 5 to 17, of all levels, at Hotel Le Canton, in the Serra dos Órgãos, in Teresópolis (RJ).

A camp with lodging demands event operations and school-level care at the same time: an intense sports program, safety, meals, recreation and communication with families, all to the standard the Flamengo brand requires.

Time Forte Marketing Esportivo produces Fla Camp in partnership with Escola Flamengo: designing the experience, running the full operation of the seasons at Hotel Le Canton and managing the bridge to the club, including the presence of a C.R. Flamengo technical scout.

Since 2025, the format has settled into several editions per year, following the families' school breaks and holidays.
